I Move GREEN

This company does not pay their vendors and ignores all phone calls and emails. Their accounting manager's voice mail box is full and can no longer receive messages. Their owner will also not respond to phone calls or emails. As a customer you are at risk of the 3rd party vendors coming after you for payment if imovegreen decides not to pay them.

VERY expensive.

Dishonest. Total lack of communication. A total scam. They moved us from Japan to Germany. They are hardly green. We have more boxes and paper than we know what to do with. They will tell you that they will stand by your side throughout the entire move, they don't. Once you pay them you will hardly hear back from them. You'll get all kinds of excuses like we moved our offices, we were off for 2 weeks for a holiday, and on it goes. Expect to pay additional fees that they do not tell you about upfront. Expect to not have any of your boxes or paper used to wrap your belongings picked up and removed. They will expect you to unpack all of your boxes while they are moving you in. Expect to have your belongs delivered broken and you will receive a shrug and denial that they had anything to do with it. This company is not on the up and up.
