Ive been a previous customer here and always come back to this facility. The personnel is very nice and professional. Brenda was very nice and worked with me by helping me get the best deal. I would suggest everyone to rent here.

I would like to thank Hasheim for the very well customer service that was provided and continues to provide he had alot of patience to deal with me an my confusion of what I wanted and eventually found a temporary solution which has worked very well for me right now who now a days spends the time to make sure their customers leave happy.

BRENDA. BRENDA WAS THE MOST ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT EVER IN MY LIFE EXPERIENCE. SHE HAD THE MOST AGRESSIVE ATTITUDE AND THE MOST BIGGEST UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR TOWARDS ME. I WAS JUST THERE TO PAY MY BILL AND SHE GAVE ME THE BIGGEST HARD TIME I COULD EVER IMAGINE. SHE WENT ON AND ON TRYING TO PICK A FIGHT FOR NO REASON. SHE WAS IN THE WORST MOOD EVER. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I HAVE SEEN HER BAD SIDE. BUT THIS JUST CRAZY. I HAD TO PUT THIS OUT THERE.

I would like to take this time out to thank Tyesha for her excellent service on helping my husband and I find the perfect storage. She is a outgoing and patient person. She provided very GOOD customer service. Thank you Tyesha!
