HRCS is the best. Great mission, amazing people. If you want to sail in NYC, this is it. They have an amazing fundraising event called the Dark n Stormy -- so much fun!!

HRCS is one-of-a-kind! It has great instructors, great members and a strong sense of overall community. Good for sailors of all levels and provides a NYC youth program for high schoolers. Plus it offers year-round sailing and winter workshops.

Hudson River Community Sailing is the best sailing class and i'm saying that because they don't only teach you how to sail they teach you how to do knots and you'll learn the parts of the boats and if your a student you can build boats and do trips around manhattan or you can become a member or captain and be able to take out boats.

Is not just amazing that you can sail effortlessly from midtown Manhattan, but also HRCS is a comunity oriented association in the mission to bring the passion for sailing to junior and senior students.
