Hudson Market

Good market fare and relatively unexpensive compared to similar places in midtown. Had my credit card info stolen, but has since been fixed.

Hudson Yards employees get a discount with ID.

Great selection, but a little overpriced.

I discovered it by chance while walking in the neighborhood. They actually try and carry all local vendors.. Very spacious and just lovely

Food was good not great. It was also overpriced which I expected in this area, but the staff is very rude as a whole. They definitely have a "type" they prefer to serve a because they weren't rude to everyone. Which I find ridiculous. We're not talking about a swanky restaurant. We're talking about a deli. You're a deli worker, how can you be stuck up?

Very mixed experience here. Today the guy at the coffee bar charged me a dollar extra because my latte was decaf... He said Starbucks charges extra for decaf - which his completely untrue, and he looked at me like I was crazy for disputing his argument. (I just verified in the Starbucks app that a regular grande latte and a decaf grande latte at Starbucks are both $3.49 to be sure.)

Another cashier a few weeks ago started giving me a "regular customer" discount because I have been buying breakfast and lunch there several times a week, but then the store manager interrogated me a week later in the cashier line in front of other customers about why I would think I should get a discount. No more "regular customer" discount.

This place has a good selection of fresh food, smoothies, pastries, etc. and the place is clean which is why I'm not giving it 1 star. They just are missing it with the way they treat their customers.
