I also had a horrendous experience here, with the new proprietor, after being a long-time customer with the old proprietors. She and her employee, a man, tried to suggest that the huge tears in my silk dress were caused by me. After multiple discussions, where I proved to her the cost of the dress, she agreed to give me one third the cost of the dress, BUT SHE WANTED TO KEEP THE DRESS. Eventually a kind lady from the Dept of Consumer Affairs helped me out, and I was able to get my 1/3 reimbursement and get my own dress back. I will NEVER use this place again.
