Great Green Cleaning & Maid Service

I had them clean our office and they did a wonderful job. Professional and thorough service, friendly staff and easy to work with on the scheduling. Got a few quotes and picked the one that fit our budget. I would easily call on them again.

Great Green Cleaning is by far the best cleaning service I have ever used. I have 5 Bedroom house in Brooklyn and these guys brought it back to life. Having 3 children in a large house makes it a but messy and you find things that you never though you would and hoped you never would. There were 2 maids that cleaned and also they used green cleaning products which is great b/c I have children and regular cleaning products can be extremely harmful to them. When they finished ( about 4hours) everything shined and you couldn't find a piece of dust in the place. I booked them last month and since then have signed up for a regular cleaning every month. Not only do these guys clean but they offer services that are beyond any maid service I ever used. I have 2 dogs, Nikki, and Max - they will walk daily and feed them when we can't make it home. Living in New York can be hard when both the husband and wife work but these guys have helped us so much and I have to say they are well worth the price.

They seemed very friendly and professional on the phone when I set up my cleaning appointment. I ended up having to cancel my appointment but they told me it was no problem and I would not be charged. A month later a charge from them for $315 appeared on my credit card. When I called back to ask them to reverse the charges, they were very polite and seemed concerned, and said the manager would need to get back to me. That was last week, and no one got back to me, I've called again three times, each time someone seemed very concerned and told me the manager would get back to me, but this has yet to happen. I will give them a few more days and then file a dispute. Very frustrating.
