My firts time there and hated. Awfull custumer service, not friendly and long lines. Don't recommend to go there to Cash or deposit money.

The customer rep at this bank is rude and very nasty. I feel that they should have diversity. You ask for a medallion notary and they tell you that it calls for an appointment when the individual who issues the notary was sitting there having a personal conversation. Get rid of this non- working staff and send some who want to work and who are personable to customers. This bunch seems like they do not want their jobs. The tellers are fine, its the rest of the back office workers, if that is what you want to call them.
