here you will find the most expensive price list for dry cleaning and shirt laundering in Howard beach area..
..i can afford to pay extra 25-30% premium above the average price as long as the business can guarantee the quality...
apparently this is the place where "responsibility" and "customer satisfaction" are NOT in their vocabulary ( well, let's put it nicely - 99% of English words are missing from their vocabulary) ...
here how it works: they do NOT do much at the location- outsource most of business to CHEAP dry cleaning factory...
if your cloth is damage - as it happened to mine, they just tell you it's not their fault ..
i was nice enough to ask them for store credit - they looked at me like i came from another planet ...and in the mix of Spanish and something else i was told since it was not their fault why would they give a store credit..
hey, there are at least 4 more dry cleaning places around at a much cheaper price and with more convenient working hours.. i'll take my $200 a month business and support one of them ...
