House of Horology

Unknowingly, and in good faith, bought this watch from a place called Touch of Modern (have since learned of massive complaints about them) and it arrived defective, only the chronograph working but the actual timekeeping function was dead. Touch of Modern said the watch manufacturer, House of Horology, would honor its two year warranty. Turns out House of Horology isn't even in business, they don't answer their email address and their phone is disconnected! I have since learned they are accused of a Kickstarter scam as well, relating to monies paid for a smart watch they failed to deliver. So, bottom line, I now have a four hundred dollar paperweight. Avoid this fraudulent watch company. What a letdown!

They are the "co-creators" of this scam that took 1 million dollars
and has not delivered anything back in 1,5 years now!!!
It's a shame and a disgrace!
Avoid HoH like the plague!

I just received my Bedlam Dark Orange watch and what a beauty it is! I ordered online and the transaction went smoothly, and Jenna from the HoH office made sure everything was correct on the order before they shipped it out - which was an overseas shipment in my case. Great personal service! The watch arrived in a presentation/gift case every bit as nice or nicer than the Rado case my wife's watch came with at four times the price of the Bedlam. The watch and band have a nice substantial feel and look to them and all of the controls feel firm with nice positive feedback that gives me the sense that this is a piece that will last and last. Great product and great service.

I ordered a watch online and needed links taken out. I trekked all over, going to 3 different "jewelry/watch repairs" before I found House of Horology. Instantly when I walked in they were welcoming and kind. Of course they were able to help me get my watch fitted! Will be returning here again!

Ladies just received this watch as a gift. I am a watch fanatic that likes high end watches and watches made of quality. Im happy my wife purchased this for our anniversary!! Did not put a dent in the pocket, very good quality and extremely comfortable. Loved every part of receiving it from opening to package all the way to getting it on my wrist.
I also only buy watches that I can go swimming with. Just my style, love to be in the pool with a nice watch and this one will do well on my next trip to Cabo!!
