Houlihan's

Food came out cold. No plates for apps and no silverware. Had to get up and take from another table. Service extremely slow. I always eat at Houlihan's but this one just didn't measure up to the rest. This was a Saturday at 400 so no reason for this type of service.

This food is okay, but nothing special. The service is usually good, but the waits for tables can be long. I would rather go somewhere else to eat than wait for mediocre food. And there are plenty of other places without waits nearby. Their prices could be a little better. I think Houlihan's should merge with Bennigan's to create Hooligans. That would absolutely RULE.

Went there with my family (party of 8) last weekend. Was told there would be a 15-20 minute wait when the restaurant was literally empty. Parties of 2 persons that walked in after us was seated immediately. When we pointed out that there were numerous tables available to accommodate our party, we were told that the wait was due to a shortage of wait staff. I guess the short staff could handle multiple tables of two but not one of eight. We left after waiting a few minutes and went elsewhere. Used to be a weekly regular there but will definetly go elsewhere for now on.

Living in Fairfield for most of my life this houlihans has become a second home to my family and I. We have always really enjoyed their enormous menu and i love their brucshetta. Sadly however I will not be going back to houlihans because They have recently hired an extemely rude and depressing bartender. He never gets our orders right and always has a chip on his shoulder. Never greets customers with a smile and isn't attentive to the table. With so many wonderful restaurants in the area I would go somewhere else!

Nathaniel made this experience my favorite place to go. (aside from their baked Potato soup which is A-MAZING!)
Food was fantastic and drinks were on point! We were a big party to host but Nathaniel made it seem like he knew exactly what we were looking for which was excellent. I'd definitely recommend Houlihan's, but not just ANY location, THIS Fairfield Location is where you will find absolutely GREAT SERVICE, FOOD and drinks! Way to go guys! see you again!
