Dunkin' Donuts

Dunkin donuts. With drive through free WiFi and a Baskin Robbins. They have a spacious large spacious lounge area. They are fairly quick in the drive through but the line gets pretty long on the drive through side.

This Dunkin Donuts was my go to place until recently. They have a completely incompetent staff. Two weeks ago the short Hispanic girl with (that can't understand the most simple order), charged my DD Perks account for someone else's order ($14). When I spoke with the woman "manager", she had the nerve to tell me I was wrong and that I'd have to call Customer Service because that didn't happen. Finally after another employee heard what was going on, the manager agreed to help me. Sure enough, after they watched the cameras I was refunded the money. Today the same girl took my order and I had to stand there like an idiot for 5 mins while people continued to come and go. I ask the manager where my iced coffee was, again with the attitude and finally made it. She will never give an apology. In my opinion she and that girl need to go!

This Dunkin Donuts is HORRIBLE!!! They manage to ruin my day every single time. I work about two blocks away from this dunkin donuts so when I dont have time to stop and get breakfast somewhere I am left with no choice than to go here. Honestly at this point I rather starve! I can count on them getting something wrong whether its through the drive through or walking in. I have called the manager I have made complaints and I have emailed dunkin donuts corporate and nothing has been done. Today I went and asked for a coffee cake muffin and I got a chocolate chip muffin. Of all muffins chocolate chip. I HATE CHOCOLATE CHIP!!!! Three days ago I went and asked for 2 iced coffee's with milk and sugar, they gave me 2 ice teas with milk and sugar. HOW DOES THAT EVEN HAPPEN?!?!?!?! Anyways now that I have vented my frustration I will continue with my ruined day. Ruined because Im getting no breakfast and its Dunkin Donuts fault and their incompetent staff!
