Hotel Hugo

We will be staying again this weekend! Looking forward to another great time at Hotel Hugo. Love the rooftop bar and this trendy hipster GREEN hotel. The guest service team is a big part of my five star review. Janice R. Makes it her business to make your stay top shelf!

A discrete, warm, modern and elegant hotel with great amenities and unbelievable roof top bar atmosphere.

Hotel room was nice and the employees were very nice. Unfortunately we got stuck in the elevator for 20 min and almost missed our new years party.

Awesome staff and the bed was extremely comfortable. I had an excellent stay and I will stay here again.

This hotel was absolutely horrible! DO NOT STAY HERE!
These are just a few of the issues I had:
- no water pressure
-clock/alarm/radio did not work
-sink was stopped up so couldn't wash hands or brush teeth in the bathroom
-Air-conditioning broken (was over 85 degrees in my room)
-mini bar had already been tampered with when I arrived (which I got charged for after I left even though I informed them of the issue on 3 different occasions)
-extremely thin walls, you can hear every conversation and noise from the surrounding rooms. People coming in late from nights out WILL wake you, sounds like they are in your room. As well as the maids listen to music and gossip loudly early in the morning.
-elevators were very very very slow (waited 15 minutes plus)

The employees did absolutely nothing to help or resolve any of the issues I had. In fact
management was extremely rude when addressing the problems I had with the hotel.
Rachel Zozor and Pablo Mogolio were extremely rude, unhelpful, unconcerned, and had absolutely no manners.
