Clean rooms, friendly staff, great bathrooms, awesome location. The rooms are very small, though.

great view on the 9th floor. bathroom was setup like a public restroom. the room smelled like smoke at first but we left the window open and it was fine. shower head was great, worked better than the one at the Lucerne

Hotel is very clean, and the staff are lovely. Jasmine was very helpful with information we needed. And Angel was pleased to give a brief guide through the village and recommended some really good places to eat. Both staff were alert and help us of our needs. Area is an amazing place to stay in and the hotel is right in the middle of it all. Loved our stay!
