- Terrible #96690

HORRIBLE!! Ordering from them is easy, I'll give them that. But then they store your Credit Card info and when you ask to bill them, they just CHARGE AWAY! Oh, and the kicker is they do not communicate with each other so sales doesn't communicate with accounts receivable and they just charge and charge. Had I not caught it, I would have been charged $900++ for something that to this day should have only been charged $300 for (AND they quoted me one price and charged me a higher one). They said "I'm sorry, but this is not my fault, no one communicated to me to not charge you." PATHETIC! You succeed as a team and fail as a team. Apparently all of their shortcomings can be blamed on the customers. I guess that's true, if I didn't order, they wouldn't have a chance to screw up. If you order, CHECK EVERYTHING AND DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD!!
