Stay away from this body shop. I want to share my experience and disappointment with d&c honda body shop. Two and a half years ago I went to kia dealership in Tenafly to fix my damaged door. Because I wanted to have a good job done I went to kia where I bought my car and they sent me to D&C Honda of Tenafly. D&C Honda replaced my door and painted but recently my husband noticed that the door is rusting and paint almost coming off the door. So I went back to D&C Honda. I talked to the manager and after looking at my door he promised to fix it. When I came to drop off my car D&C Honda changed their mind and started to blame the door manufacturer. I spent more than two hours waiting and trying to figure out why they changed their mind. For now I am waiting for the receipt and proof if they even used original Kia door as they suppose to. At the same time I already had two estimates/opinions from other body shops and so far they agree with me that the paint job was not done correctly. Really dissatisfied and disappointed!!!!!

Honestly customer service to the fullest here I've been to many dealerships and always felt unwelcome if I wasn't walking in with a suite. UNTIL I came to Honda of Tenafly and met John Arslan and Rick Kara, because of all their help and time they took with me no matter how busy they were they answered every question I had and honestly earned my business for life I was comfortable I wasn't pushed to make a decision and I now own a brand new accord! They did what no place has ever done they listen to my concerns they were honest with me and worked with what I had to work with. I will refer everyone I know to this place to specifically deal with John and Rick.

I recently leased a 2016 Honda CRV from Honda of Tenafly. The salesman was Fred Kaplan.He was extremely helpful and worked the deal through with me. It was a completly smooth transaction start to finish. I would stongly recommend the experience of obtaing your next auto, hassle free at Tenafly Honda.

We dealt with John and he was so nice. he made buying a car the easiest thing I have ever done. He was also there after the car was sold to answer any questions large or small. My tires seemed low about one week into having the car he immediately got me in for a check up for the car and even got me something to drink. You can tell it's a family business with pride as the owner walks around and just comes into the conversation making sure all is well. I truly believe they is no one better they are the best.

Herbie was very friendly and helpful and knew his stuff. I knew I wanted an accord but he helped me find the perfect one by providing all the answers I needed to narrow down my choice. The whole experience was smooth and simple even though I came in with my two young children! I am very happy with my whole experience with Herbie and my beautiful new car!
