Lobby was nice. Guy at the front desk seemed to really care about the guests and knew their names. The little I saw of one room seemed nice

Plus, the suite has separate bedroom from the living area; the breakfast area decor is welcoming. Minus, food particle is found on the room's wall paper; breakfast is served with styrofoam plates and plastic ups, folks and knives (no reusable option is available ).

Patrick and Dilijah (sp?) are extremely nice. Not only do they take care of you but they also take time to chat. It makes it a little less hard to be away from home and family. The male manager is also extremely helpful and great. I love it that he addresses me by name to greet me in the evening from a long day of work. I continue to come back to stay!

My experience with this location was wonderful first its easy to find directly off the parkway and the customer service was amazing the manager knew the residents names and would address you as so .......... the staff was more than courteous and went above and beyond to assist with all request and would make sure I was comfortable through out my stay ..I frequent Homewood's a lot when traveling and have never been disappointed however this location is by far the best it is also very clean and had a very fresh feeling

Our family stayed in the Homewood Suites Property in Cranford, NJ this past weekend. It was our first time staying in a Homewood suites property but it will not be the last. I own and operate a retail business so I understand how difficult it is to motivate excellence in customer service. Also, my family travels frequently and we have stayed in more than our share of hotels. We speak from experience. Congratulations to this team in Cranford, NJ. From the moment of our arrival to the hour of our departure this team greeted us with warm and friendly smiles and continual offers of assistance. Without question they all exceeded every expectation. The 2 bedroom suite was clean, comfortable and an excellent value. Next time you want to visit the greater NYC/NJ area in top of the line accommodations for a great price, choose the Homewood Suites in Cranford, NJ.
