Worse customer service they do not give appointments for 2 weeks and do not care 1 big about a customer at all. The supervisors and everyone in their team is rude and not wiling to listen to any body else.

The worst serivce ever! It is like a nightmare. I called Samsung to schedule a service, the shceduled appointment was the next day. I received a call from Home Service Network the very next day to inform me that no one will show up, and that he needs ALL information again because Samsung did not write it down. His name is Nelson, he is very rude and arrogant. I was not able to give the information that he requested at the time, therefore I had to call back, I called back and provided the information. A day later, they pretty much said that I was not telling the truth and that they need the information again, that whoever I spoke to was not from Home Service Network. It was INSANE!!!!!! Never again!!!! Thankful for Lowes, they were very helpful. SAMSUNG, PLEASE END YOUR CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

They are the worst company to deal with. Their technician is arrogant and rude, and incapable of fixing the issue. The technician they sent kept goggling the issue and trying to find what the error code meant online. What a waste of time. As the same time he kept changing parts and still not able to fix the issue. The worst part about it is that, they tried to charge me $90 for just showing up and $75 an hour even though my washer is still under warranty. I called Samsung, and they told me not to pay them. The funny thing is that, I told the technical that we can call Samsung since Samsung is the one that sent him to service my washer, and put them in speaker, so that he can hear the washer is under warranty. When I told him that, he threatened to walk away without doing the work, and he told me that he will put me in black list and no other company will service me. Thanks God I called Samsung anyways, because they end up sending me another technician form another company and I got my washer fixed for free!

Reported my Samsung TV was not working to Samsung - Contacted by Home Service Network who set up an appointment and confirmed the appointment. The technician confirmed he was on the way and asked permission to arrive early, The technician arrived, fixed the TV, tested that it was working properly and thanked me for using their service. My experience found that Home Service Network was completely professional and was a model for how a service business should be run.
