I just wanted to take the time to say that my experience with Home and Stone and the personnel that work there has been a very positive one. I recently made a sizable order to redo two bathrooms in my home. Dave in sales, over the phone helped me maneuver through the website and we were able to put together some out of this world bathrooms. First of all the products are outstanding in quality. I couldn't be more happy with them. Well maybe if someone else paid for them but aside from that, its all good. Again, I need to address Daves help in this. He was really knowledgeable and positive and non condescending with my obvious lack of knowledge in the area of bathroom design. There were tons of doodads and gizmos needed to finish the project and everything was ordered perfectly. That never happens. Anyway, I did run into a couple of snaphews and Sol in customer service must be Daves clone because he did everything he could do to make me a happy customer. --and I am. I have to say I own a factory that has over 400 employees so I know what makes a company successful. Employees who care and are dedicated. 6 days after I placed my order, I received a call saying the items were backordered. I requested the order be cancelled. Its been one month and my order has not been refunded. By the way its 2pm on a friday and they are closed. Its reason like this that we use American Express.

I am so incredibly impressed with your company. I ordered a Rohl RC3018 fireclay sink online on Sunday night and it was delivered to my home on Friday. This feat is even more amazing when you consider that the sink left New York and made it to Houston, Texas in that time frame! I would have difficulty driving that far in that few days.

Furthermore, the sink was brand new, in perfect condition, delivered by an amicable person, and at an incredible price with no tax and free shipping. Your company is just amazing!

Might I add that had I ordered the sink on that Sunday night from one of my local ?big box? stores, my delivery options began the following Saturday. Yes, my sink arrived from New Jersey faster than my local store could deliver one. Amazing!
