Readily available apartments all the time, many will be go vacant due to multiple issues.
Negative

Expensive , rent it self looks little higher as its from 1960's apartment
Heating and stove electric so its become as high as you never expect.
You will end up paying more than a 2 bed room apartment expenses in a nice place
Noise floors will cause so much inconvenience
no proper maintenance support and they just visit the place and never fix the issues
Even their fault in asking the lease breakage , you will end up paying 2 months rent.
I would suggest check nice apartments though its little far, otherwise you will regret in few days
