Terrible parking situation. You have to pay for parking if you are staying or attending a conference at this hotel. There are no accommodations made for individuals who have back issues and need to park close by. You are told to pay for close parking or park at the hyatt on the third flood. This is simply ridiculous!

Location is great. It's super fast to get to NYC. Parking is free and easy to find. There are a lot of restaurants and stores around if you forget anything. The rooms are clean. Some are a little dated but are overall clean. For the price they really should include a free breakfast. If your here on a business trip the business center leaves a little to be desired. The gym is OK. It has a few treadmills and ellipticals but nothing too fancy. If you find a deal on it I would take it, but you might want to check what price the embassy suites will give you during the same stay first.

Great location. Urban plum restaurant/breakfast place attached employees aren't very hospitable. But breakfast was delicious! Rooms were clean and decent though Ive seen better. Outlets weren't functional!
Overall for the price if there aren't other choice I would go back

First the good and then the bad. It is an excellent location. There are numerous dining options literally steps away. They also provide free shuttle to the Walmart nearby if you forgot something from home and you do not have a car. Breakfast is great and choices of food are numerous (hot and cold) but if you have to pay for it then it is not worth it. The staff was great (especially the maintenance guy) and Gizlane at front desk was trying to do everything in her power to make my stay great although she can only do so much. Breakfast servers, shuttle drivers and waiters were just great. They do have excellent staff. Now the bad - the rooms are huge disappointment after very nice lobby. It is like owners forgot to renovate the upstairs and poured all the money downstairs. The room had multiple stains on the carper, the chair upholstery was ripped off that you can't sit on it ( I would attach pictures but google does not have picture attachment here) and overall appearance of room and bath was dirty and very dusty. I did not want to touch carpet with my socks on, not mentioning barefoot. So I improvised creating my own "carpet" paths to bath and back:). I had to stay there for three days. If it was up to me I would leave immediately, but I could not. I would not stay there again and I would not recommend it to anyone.
