Stayed overnight and was very pleased. Plenty of parking (for a large moving van). Room was clean, breakfast was warm!

5 stars and 2 thumbs up for Flore and her team in Carlstadt! We enjoyed everything about our stay even though we didn't plan on staying so long. Our room was very comfortable, the complimentary breakfast hit the spot, and the coffee was delicious. HIE can be very proud of the folks who work here, they represent the company very well. Thanks for everything, Flore, we'll be stopping in soon to say hi!

Terrible experience - buyer beware! Though my contract (in writing) said NO PREPAYMENT and 100% refund if cancelled more than 2 days in advance - they billed me in full (over 1500.00) 3 weeks in advance. When I asked them to reverse, they refused. I then cancelled my reservation (21 days in advance) and they said "no refunds", per Jose Torres, Mgr. I had to contest the charge as FRAUD with Visa, and get a reversal. Terrible behavior and NO customer service. They do not stick to the contract - even if it is in writing. Behavior was unethical and fraudulent.
