I love there selection. Really wish it wasn't religious. This store would make a hell of a lot more money if it was open on Sundays. Afterall, it is one of the biggest sale days.

The staff is BEYOND COURTEOUS!! I am in there about 3x's a week. I've never seen anyone with an attitude. Always smiles and helpful! I love everything about it I wish I can live there lol I'm a bit time crafter and i love that every week there is a 50% off sale. Way cheaper than Joanne's. Wish they had more selections of material.

Really great store on the products they have. Manager have no customer service what so ever. I had an issue there and the employee helped me more then the manager that walked away and did nothing.

The staff was friendly sales associate Lorna was extremely helpful. Five stars only because of Lorna, Clearance section, and their crochet and knitting tool selection was so much better than Michael's in NYC. I was disappointed only because of their mediocre selection of their yarn.
