Chris is an excellent salesman! He was very nice, patient, and knowledgeable. I was shopping for my first pair of Louboutins and Chris helped me pick out the perfect pair! I would highly recommend anyone to see him!

Horrible experience as well. Sales staff was disgusting and what the staff fails to realize that without clients they wont have a job. I am surprised the owners of such an establishment are ok with it. I will never suggest this place to anyone

I dealt with a very rude employee. My review is to long to type but lets just say my experience was not a pleasant one and my future purchases will be made online or in another store and if other customers are treated in the same/worse manner they will follow suit. The sales associate, I believe her name was Aksana (short with short dark brown/black hair) was obnoxious and sarcastic to say the least. I guess she has never heard of a little thing called customer service. Without customers businesses would seize to exist. It is unfortunate that this employee is in a position to represent such great quality high end retail; not that this type of behavior should be tolerated in any environment. Someone should have trained her better.
