The location was convenient for what we needed. A place to crash since we had plans in NJ rather than come back to NYC. The room was clean, the beds were comfy and the staff was nice. It is right off the highway though so it's not the place you go for luxury. It's a quick,clean place to crash. No continental breakfast either. The highway and no food is why it lost 1 star.

The room was okay. It was average size and clean. Included parking was a huge plus. Heater/AC unit was VERY noisy and constantly cycling on and off. This resulted in a less than ideal night constantly being awaken. Very convenient to public transportation, though (Bus 190 has a stop a block away and goes straight to the Port Authority). Next time I'll probably look for another hotel in hopes of a better night's sleep, though .

My husband and I just stayed here for the first time and there was absolutely nothing we can complain about. The staff was very friendly. The room was very nice and clean. The rates were very reasonable and it was only a short trip to EWR.

Ignorant staff. Took $400 from our bank account. And help up another $400. The receptionist is awful.
Dorethea, she is unreasonable, cuts you off when you're trying to speak. Never returns calls, hang up you.
Absolute worst stay I've ever had.
DO NOT GO TOTHIS HOTEL!!

My wife and i came to New York to celebrate our Anniversary and the hotel just 3 miles from New York and all the action. Clean, nice rooms, I recommend the many suites. The friendly staff was always helpful and courteous. Great breakfast and free parking! I highly recommend this hotel to others.
