Hilton Garden Inn Ridgefield Park

Enjoyed the stay, hotel was clean staff was friendly. Only complaint I have would be the pillows and bed, bed was too stiff and pillows to soft. Other than that I would recommend a stay.

The rooms are very nicely kept. The staff is very friendly. They have a shuttle I don't know where all it runs but it got me to and from the Marriott at Glen point. I will definitely stay here again

We are here for the USBands Marching Band Championships and the location of the hotel is very conveinant to Metlife stadium. The staff here has been nothing less than stellar!!!! I would stay here every year we attend.

Tracy made our stay amazing, definitely a valued employee at the Hilton. She was nothing but kind, helpful, and very accommodating. Wish all hotels had employee's like Tracy. We will definitely be back.

This is the first review I've ever submitted. Highly disappointed. I always stay at Hiltons, usually Garden Inns. The front desk manager this morning was very unresponsive to my commment/question/hint that the lobby area was a mess. No fewer than 3 half used cups from last night, crumbs and food all over the floor, chairs all crooked and and terrible smell in the lobby,resembling vommit/nitric acid..
She looked at me straight in the face and felt zero shame when i pointed out the mess to inform me there is no nightime clean up crew.
She should get up off her chair and pick up the mess. She ignored it walking past it at least once to get coffee or whatever. She was on the edge of being rude in her curt response. She really is not a good fit,owners if you listeniing.

The beds were really sub Garden Inn quality. No cushion...just dead feeling. This location is a problem. Never again. Going too stay here multiple nights...not now. The smell is the worst part. Sour and offensive.
