Nicolas Gutierrez made apartment hunting a great experience. He listened to what we were looking for and what was important to us in finding a home. During the process he kept us up to date and was very easy to communicate with. He made the process to finding a loving home very comforting and I would highly recommend him to anyone for his services.

Hillel Realty Group did an awesome job helping me find an apartment! I worked with Nicole Velez and she was super friendly and very accommodating with my schedule. She made the process very easy and when I wanted to put down a deposit, she was happy to wait for me to run to the bank and gather everything I needed - she even grabbed me a coffee! When I read through the lease Nicole explained any questions I had and made sure I was comfortable with everything. Definitely recommend : )

I highly recommending working with Nicolas Gutierrez. This was my first time leasing an apartment in NYC, and Nick made it a pleasant and positive experience. He is extremely dedicated and hard-working. He has a great sense of humor, and never missed a beat when it came to communicating. 5 stars!
