I bought a Bmw from them with insurance to cover any problems that the car might have. They took a long time to set up a date I could bring the car over to get repaired and when I did get it back they never repaired the problem the car had. They just had the guy do some kind of patch up work to get it going. DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE !!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!

The dealers name that I dealt with was ESA.

PLEASE do not waste your time with these people. They had me going back and forth with them for almost a month and STILL couldn't get me the vehicle I wanted. Their customer service is HORRIBLE, their communication is HORRIBLE. I can't even tell you how many times I had to call and email them just to see what was up with finding me the vehicle I wanted, Or because the dealer said he'd call me right back and NEVER EVER did. Literally heard a different excuse every time I spoke to them. Weeks later I found a vehicle MYSELF and called them to see if they could get it from a dealer that was located a few hours away so I didn't have to take the trip. Excuse my language but I got RAP*D with a ridiculous price and their excuse was "towing fees" lol. Over 4,000$ On top of the sticker price. Not to mention the vehicle was only a few hours away. At that point I had heard enough. Tells me he's going to find me something local and help me out because "I gave them plenty of enough time to find me a car" word for word. STILL waiting to hear from them... They can't keep in touch with me when I want to buy a car from them, I could only imagine when something goes wrong with one of their cars and your trying to get in touch with them. Don't waste your time with these people.
