- Terrible #29380

Their staff are unprofessional and rude. I had to wait over an hour. The receptionist demanded to see my drivers license. When I politely informed her that I had not been in a car accident and did not need to show my license she became angry with me. Then she took the liberty of trying to correct my name on the stack of forms I had just completed. It is my legal name and the same name that was on my insurance card. If she had a question about my name she should have asked.
