I had to wait over an hour to see a doctor several times. The staff were unprofessional, shiftless and rude. They act as if they are doing you a favor by taking your money and accepting your insurance. They become defensive if you advocate for yourself. If your insurance does not cover something they are very aggressive about collecting bills. They can't get your name right even though it is right in front of them. The people responsible for billing think they can say whatever they want to patients. If you politely try to explain the situation they cry to the doctors.

Very surprised to see all the low reviews. I have been going here for several months now. My doctor is very busy but that's got to be because she is wonderful! She takes time to listen and talk, she seems like she actually cares instead of just rushing off to the next patient. She can be difficult to get an appointment with if something comes up but I have used their other office on Hamburg Tnpk that offers urgent care and got just as good service from one of their nurse practitioners.

This office is a bit dated but the staff and doctors really made my visits great. The other office is much newer.

This is the most unprofessional and incompetent group of people I have ever dealt with. I recently filed an HR complaint against them also. My experience here has always been a poor one, but recently they have become even less professional. Their new doctor is rude and abrupt in her demeanor. They told me I may have cancer and then gave me the run around in getting my test results. The doctor sent me in an emergency to get a mammogram and ultrasound, and then she left herself without telling me results. She never bothered to call me back. When I called for the doctor, I was told by the receptionist this one doctor was working at another location and I would have to call there to talk to her. When I called the hamburg turnpike location, they told me she has never worked there and never does. This is one example of the run around I got from these people. Another was when the doctor told me she had scheduled a 9am appt with a breast oncologist for me and I had to go immediately, and when I went I found out no appt was made. I had to take time off work for this appt and it was an entire day wasted. They have no value of time or understanding of sensitive situations. I am going to find a new practice and would highly recommend that you do not go here.

Parish Drive Office is staffed by the most unprofessional people I have ever seen. I am in the process of filing HIPAA complaint for the way they handled my medical information. Heed the warning of the user below and find another practice to spend your dollars.

Unprofessional and uncaring office staff! They come off like high school kids making minimum wage that don’t care and follow through with things. I have to frequently call the office just to remind them to send a prescription and they still forget or just don’t do it. Days could go by before you get an answer from a doctor or finally get them to send a perception to the pharmacy. It is very frustrating to deal with irresponsible people like this when you are sick. The doctors are great, if you get one. Sometimes I go and ask for a doctor but a nurse practitioner comes in and they are just not qualified. If this keeps up I don’t see how they could keep this practice going. Find another place to spend your health insurance dollars because High Mountain Health is a BIG HEADACHE.
