David Rasa attended medical school in Mexico because he could not get accepted by an American medical school. I would not recommend him because most of his High Mountain Health staff are unprofessional and/or uncaring. One of those employees is related to Rasa. But he hates to admit he hires family and tries to hide it. The wait to see doctors at High Mountain Health can be grueling, frequently over an hour. And they ask for a check as soon as you walk in so you don't leave.
