Angel is a rare gem in the fitness industry. He offers the best of both worlds as a personal trainer with a physical therapy background. He provides guidance and support through every movement and ensures quality over quantity. Training at HDT has been an indispensable investment in my lifelong to excellent health and wellness.

Absolutely love Hi Def Training. The group workout is awesome. The group is very supportive and completely non-judgemental. Angel is amazing and offers individual attention even in a group setting. Love how he focuses on getting everyone strong and healthy.

High Definition Training is an excellent program and team to join. Angel Perez provides you with personalized training programs, diet plans and goals regardless of experience level. His training sessions are fun and always incorporate new and challenging movements that you will be surprised you can do. You make friends and truly become part of the HDT family when you join. It is a great place to train and be alongside even better people.
