My favorite ramen place in the upper east side. Much less crowed than east village. A few of options for noodles. I personally prefer wavy and soft. Pork Buns are really tasty also.

Finding the perfect bowl of ramen may be an impossible task in NYC, everyone has different criteria for a good bowl. Hide-Chan seems to strike the right balance of deep flavored broths, firm noodles, plenty of toppings. Some times I find the egg can be overcooked, but that is just me. The ambiance is fun and the staff is nice. Located on the second floor above Totto Ramen, this location may be tough for people who may not be able to physically walk up a set of steep narrow stairs.. Can bring little kids, however no changing station in the small bathrooms FYI. May
