I haven't purchased a tree from Hicks in a few years and now I remember why. I bought 2 trees from them on the 18th of December, one for me and one for my sister. They were $65 dollars each, no discount for buying two. I put my tree up right away and filled the stand with water. I noticed over the next few days that the tree was not drinking. It is now Dec. 31st and the stand still has the same water in it, no movement, and the branches are snapping off! Worst tree ever, no smell, and it is pretty much dead now. Hicks is way too expensive and they sell garbage. I have purchased much better and cheaper trees from local dealers and will do the same from now on.

I have been visiting Hicks since I'm a kid. I would look forward every year to visit Otto the ghost @ Halloween time and then go on the hayride and pick out my pumpkin. My brother and I loved it! I have since taken my nieces and nephews when they were little and now my own children who also look forward to going every year. Hicks has been a part of my life for over 30 years and will continue to be!!!! Hopefully someday my children will bring their children to Hicks too! LOVE
