- Terrible #63768

Horrible experience. ... They completely botched my reservation. The manager yelled at several patrons including myself and was acting belligerent. Will never go to Hertz again.

Very poor services and would not do business again at this place. I call about a over charge bill. The manager said it was because I didn't fill the tank when I return it. I ask the manager to look at their copy of the Pre-rental inspection form and see for himself that its not mark as full tank of gas. He then put me on hold for long time and came back with an apology and that I was correct.

I then kindly ask for a refund of the over charge amount. He had no issue with that but stated that the amount would go back on my credit card in about 6-8 WEEKS. 6-8 WEEKS for a refund. I ask why so long and he said its company procedure and he had no control.

8 WEEKS go by and no refund yet.
