I was in desperate need of a car so I walked in without an online reservation. Customer service lady was courteous and would still apply my gold plus member discount. I am just glad that Hertz came through for me after the company down the road has no car to offer me.

We reserved a car for a short vacation, and, they did not honor our reservation. I will never go back, we got stranded.

Very bad customer service; cars are unkept; dirty; gas is low even when they claim it is full; flat tires; high mileage vehicles only available.

Please do not rent from this location!
Again abnoxious customer service.

I rent for work mostly and lately have been renting from this location - not are they only courteous they go the extra mile (no pun intended) to get the right car but also make sure it is ready.

I reserved a rental for 4 days online and choose an upgrade for $17. I received a great deal with my AAA online. When I came to get my rental, they had no full size car for me (got a Ford Focus), the customer service person had no idea what I paid for even though she was looking at the confirmation, she never explained the hold put on my credit card (I had to ask her), she did the inspection of the exterior, never asked me if I wanted them to refuel or me, the fuel tank was on 3/4 tank, when I opened the door to get in, it was filthy (food spilt in the cup holder and carpets were dirty). This was the worst experience I have ever had with a rental company. I would never use or refer anyone to this location.
