Is there a reason that no one picks up a phone in this store. Have been trying for over two hours with no luck. And it is during the hours listed on there site.

Horrible service! The staff did not pay attention to our wedding party, and we rushing for us to leave. Very messy and unorganized store. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!! Never again!

Walked in without an appointment to browse their selection with my friend. We were greeted politely and allowed to look through their hundreds of dresses. Dresses are arranged by designer, so it helps if you know what you are looking for. They allowed us to try on some dresses even though it looked like they were fully booked with other parties. Everyone was really nice and not pushy at all. We will definitely be back to purchase here. The prices are much better than pretty much anywhere else.
