This is the most unprofessional company i have ever encountered. I had to call without exaggeration 20 times to get someone to help me when i was in search for an apartment. Each time i called someone said they would help me and call me back to set something up. No one ever called me back. The lack of professionalism is truly unbelievable. I wish they had the decency to say that they were to busy to take on another client rather then leading me on for a month. I wish i can give negative five stars for this "business" (for a lack of a better word). To anyone looking to use this company please save yourself some time and effort and look for another agency.

Henry is good and sincere

Like many others here, I can't say enough good about Henry. I went to him recently in search of an apartment, and he was very considerate of my needs and preferences. He found an apartment that met my needs in a very timely manner, and spoke frankly with me about the pros and cons of each unit. I highly recommend HD Realty to those that are tired of working with brokers that attempt to swindle or deceive. Henry is a refreshing change of pace from all that; he's honest.

He is also just a pleasure to work with. He made me feel welcome in the neighborhood by showing me around, and advising me on the best restaurants and businesses in the area. He has worked for 29 years in real estate (I may be misquoting him, but I believe that was what he said) and it shows. He balances professionalism with warmth and humor, which put me instantly at ease. The agents at HD Realty are involved in their community, and are well regarded in it by landowners, tenants, and business owners. I will certainly go to HD again in the future.

Mr. Henry and his staff are very professional on phone and in person, they are able to show the apartments within hours of calling and any other property for sale in the shortest time possible, few times Mr. Henry himself showed me houses even on a very short or no notice at all. When we met, he was very straight forward about the place, and the types of properties he shows. He told me that he wouldn't feel comfortable taking someone to a place that wasn't very good. He seemed to have a great relationship with the landlords as well.

After dealing with some other agencies in the area, this one stood apart and compelled me to say something great about it, I guess being more than 20 years in business does show professionalism.

I am in process of purchasing a property as we speak with HD Realty. I am very excited being that one of the amazing agents Liz Vuktilaj with her charm and her professional approach is making this purchase look almost as a walk in the park :) I will definitely be doing business with HD Realty over and over again.

This place is a joke. Henry has screwed up my sale (if it ever existed) through the most incredible display of incompetence, so hard to believe it is even true. A 60 day process has dragged on for over 6 months. There is no evidence that he ever submitted paperwork he claims to have submitted regarding the sale. He claims to have proof, but cannot be bothered to send me a fax or scan of it. I left about 75 messages over 6 months with him and he has replied maybe 3 times with no specifics on my account. During those times, he says he will call back the next day and never does. He has put me in a very difficult situation, yet continues to lie and pull the same tricks and obviously cares very little. I went with this company to go local over the big guys and that was a HUGE mistake. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.
