I was greeted by an emotionally distraught employee over the phone, who felt that she had to express her bad day to me. I'm a veteran and due to the fact that I can't even get any answers to any questions, nor was I given the respect that I gave. I have to agree with the last review. In my experience most agencies that aren't staffed by veterans, don't offer much help.

Do not use Help USA Because you will be disapproved of how they handle your case. I am a US veteran who fell on hard times and needed help with rent! I call for help. After I was given 6 different numbers to call and spoke with 6 different people only to find out that they would not help me because they don't help single people.
