I recently had a bad experience with them. I Dealt with the son. He speaks a mile a minute, he is very rude. They told me next day btween 5-7pm- ended up coming before 5pm-I wasn't even home yet... Came to my house took quick 1 min look inside says cannot be fixed- charged $65. I've been a long term customer they wouldn't even reduce the service charge, He makes money on service calls, Would never call them again Especially DON"t DEAL WITH SON RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL/ WILL NOTRECOMMEND THIS FATHER AND SON TEAM AT ALL- CROOKS
