I took my daughter there for an eye exam today and it was quick... no wait time. The doctor was professional and great with my 8y.o. (who is nervous about seeing any doctor). The selections for glasses were alright. The receptionists were friendly and helpful.

I've been using Heights Vision Center for over 25 years! You can't find a more accurate optometrist.

Dr. Friedman is ok, but the help there is just dreadful, always acting like they a doing you a favor to wait on you. I picked up a $500 pair of glasses there yesterday and no one bothered to thank me. Further, their frames are significantly more expensive than the identical frames elsewhere, as I learned to my dismay checking the internet last night.

Like many new york city doctors this doctor must have minimum wage Cretans answering the phone. After more than half a dozen calls I still cannot make an appointment without being put on terminal hold.Train your staff or hire more people. There is no reason why making an appointment should be an unpleasant experience.

The doctors here are great and friendly, as well as the staff. The doctors make you feel very comfortable and I like how you can pick which day you would like to come in. Its never crowded so you get to see the doctor right away. They have a lot of frames to choose from. Even the insurance frames are great! I don't plan to change my optometrist.
