These guys were extremely rude and nasty. They did not tow the car but wanted me to pay them $150 up front without having them
Tow it away. The money was paid however they did not want to provide me a receipt for the transaction. Also the large round over weight man damaged my window in the process of him opening my car door. A complaint will be filed for this company. They are garbage.

This a bogus business, my car got towed for no reason. On top, they don't even open on the weekends, they don't care if you need your car in the weekend. Totally a scam

The services i recieved here were great yes i did get towed for parking in a lot and not shopping there however they were kind. They made it convenient for me to retrieve my car very quickly... next time i know better but then again we all know the parking in west new york lol

This place is a mockery! A horrible business! By the way they are located in a huge mud track, your car will be dirty on the tires and bottom of car. Which makes the experience even worse. They towed my BRAND NEW CAR, and chipped the windshield in the process. I was late to work and was looking at the filthiness of the car so I was a bit in a rush. When I got in the car and was on my way I realized he chipped the windshield! I called him and told him and he replied " well you already signed paperwork too bad". You guys should have the worse karma coming to you I hope!
