In the words of Teddy Roosevelt “People don't care how much you know until they know how much you care” What everyone needs to know about Dr. Rand is that he is the definition of a caring doctor. He took my health and progress on his program to heart. I liked that. I also liked that he is brilliant. As a doctor myself I am always impressed with Dr. Rand's fact filled, often footnoted with sources, discussions. But at the end of the day the proof is in the pudding. At 55 the last time my muscle mass was this high and my percentage fat is low, I was 25. Dr. Rand has given outstanding medical advice and prescriptions, insightful diet recommendations, and powerful work out routines. All I had to do was follow the program. I thank you and so does my wife :)
