I've received a bill form a laboratory service (Quest Diagnostics) which was order from this place Health First Associates, which I have never ever been there.
This place is a scam.
I wouldn't trust a doctors office which tries to scam people.
I've called and spoke to a very helpless girl who said I need to go in person and bring in that bill in order for them to be able to try to resolve the issue. I have a busy schedule, surely I can't do that. I asked if I could fax or email, she said they don't take faxes and they don't have an email.
This is ridiculous and unacceptable!
