Hd Furniture

I have been shopping with HD furniture for 3 years now and i must say, of all the other furniture stores i have visited, HD is by far the best one. The sales staff there are highly respectful, greeting you with a smile once you walk through the door. On my most previous visit there a few month back i was looking for a simple mattress for my new place and ended up leaving with a brand new othropedic mattress to fit my budget. all of my furniture comes from HD and their delivery crew is also very professional and respectful, getting their job done at a exceptional pace.

The moment I walked inside I knew this was going to be a bad experience. The sales person who "helped" me (older "gentleman", bald head with an accent) was very rude and impatient. He kept getting an attitude every time I politely rejected his suggestions, despite the fact I told him specifically what I was looking for. It was to the point where he started pointing at any and everything in the store. When I was finally able to locate what I wanted in their magazine, he tried to charge me waaaay more than it was; even double than what was being offered on their very own website. Even the manufacturer didn't give me a quote that high!
I'm quite sure that if my husband or another male figure was with me, this man would not have been so pushy and rude. Once I told him no thank you and began to exit the store, he said something slick under his breath. He should know that every idle word he speaks...
Although this company had the same piece of furniture on their website for way cheaper, I refused to buy. There's no way I'm going to allow my hard earned money to be the reason why that salesman still have his job. Absolutely not!

They are the best furniture store in the area, very professional and courteous , excellent customer service. I would recommend all of my friends and family. Please keep up the good work, we need more stores like you. I absolutely love my furniture, it's great, and it got delivered the day and time promised. I love HD Furniture Store.

The thing you have to remember is people are less likely to review on a business that they liked, and are twice as likely to review on a business that they didn't like.

So for every bad review, there’s probably at least 2 people who loved and had a great experience who didn’t write a review.

Staff was friendly and very patient with me, love my new furniture, great prices..delivery was on time.

HD furniture is awesome!!! The staff is very professional and everyone is friendly . If I had a problem they took care of it without hesitation. Delivery was right on schedule. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone who needs furniture.
