Joe is nasty, unprofessional and came off as a miserable person and he never even got a chance to look at the work I wanted to get done, this was all conveyed in a 3 minute phone call? His customer service skills suck and if asked, I will have to tell my clients in Harrison, Mamaroneck and Rye to use another glass company. Karma Joe Karma.
