I had a wonderful experience at Toyota City purchasing a Rav4 recently. Marc Padro was the salesman I worked with, he was very helpful right from the time we got introduced and continues to help me even now when I have questions. He was there on his day off to help me purchase my car. I’ve had several opportunities to witness Marc’s humility and thoughtfulness during and even after the sale was done!
The manager Chris Campbell was very professional and polite throughout the negotiations – this meant a lot to me because some managers tend to get rude and angry after a certain point and just want the deal closed. I would’ve walked out if that had happened, but Chris was the complete opposite.
