We had a main water break coming from the street so we called Harris Water Main as they had amazing reviews and I loved how their website was very informative, e.g. their videos, etc. They're employees are very friendly and get the job done fast. Harris replaced the water line to my house because of a 3 day notice I received from the DEP. They came out quoted me the best price out of 2 of their competitors, handled everything from start to finish with the DEP and had the job done within 3 days of receiving the 3 day notice. My experience with Harris Water Main replacing my water main line from the street to my house was very pleasant and the cost was very competitive. I received a 3-day notice from DEP. I found Harris' phone number on the web. I called and the Harris project manager was at my house within a few hours. The work was done within the quoted time frame and the final cost was exactly as quoted. I was very happy with the quality of the work, the cost, the scheduling, and the interaction with Harris customer service.

My plumber told me that my sewer pipe was broken and had been causing my sewage backups. I was not sure where to go for a major job like replacing my entire sewer and searched the web. The job went very well and was very happy with my decision to hire Harris. They ended up replacing my lead water pipe as well, the entire job was less costly than other quotes I received.
