Aside from the owner, all of the staff here is amazing. My favorite teacher is Karen. I can say without a doubt that Karen is one of the best yoga teachers I have had the pleasure to practice with. Do your entire self a favor and go to one of her classes. Your mind, body and soul will be grateful :)
