Great destination park. Not your average, worth a special day trip with the kids. Good separation between toddler and big kid equipment and a decent sand box too. Only six toddler swings that fill up quickly on a weekend. Parking is tricky, but there are free spots after driving around a bit. After the playground you can take a walk over to 6 or 7th Ave in search of coffee. (Or walk the park of course.)

I played at the Harmony Playground before the Beck concert on August 4th 2013! Best Playground ever!

Not as new as some of the other playgrounds in the neighborhood, but very expansive - maybe half a dozen slides, a rope bridge, and countless ladders and climbing opportunities for kids ages 1-12 or so. Many infant swings, so the line is rarely long.
Large (double) sandbox.
Very nice sprinkler system for summer.
Smallish skate park behind the Bandshell great for scooter/rollerblading practice.
One or two interesting musical instruments built into the playground furniture.
Best place to meet other parents in the neighborhood.
