The worst place to buy...do not buy any warranty they just steal you money. They don't want to help , they give excuses for no to honored the warranty . I pay for two year protection plan and now they won't fix it. I payed $700 dollars for a air compressor and now the compressor doesn't start they don't want to take a look at it to fixed

Love the place. Great prices on tools. Granted that tools are not the highest quality but some jobs don't need it. I am a regular there. Saving money

Honestly, why does anyone go to this store? I only come when I absolutely need something and harbor freight is the only store near that I can go to desperately. Every time the line is either super long or just super slow. There is never enough people servicing checkout line. 90% of the customers are standing in the line. I came to buy a combo lock I had cut from work, otherwise I would avoid this store like someone with the plague.

Love Harbor Tools. You have to know your prices as some of the tools are close to Home Depot prices, but most of the tools (80-90%) are way below what you would pay at home depot or on Auto Parts store.

Okay Location; at least convenient to residents of Nassau & Queens, Decent Staff, Somewhat Friendly, Cooperative & Patient, Cashiers don't seem enthusiastic, but are willing to work with customer's needs; this is the only location where employees lure you into buying their Inside Club Membership, not worth it at all. Not all items are readily stocked. Some are in the back of the store yet to be restocked and some need to be requested through the managers, just not worth the time and effort. Management needs to seriously consider hiring more people to keep this location up and running.
